I shall update this area more often I guess.
School is not getting easier.
It's more challenging that I thought.
Speech Day is on Friday. So is NYAA Graduation Ceremony.
Well something has been bugging me and I really want to get it out of my chest.
Its about my CCA.
To everyone in Drama:
I know I have not done my best as a Vice-Chairperson of the club.
I have definitely let many of you down.
Most importantly, I know you guys undergo lots of pressure when I'm leading.
However, I just want to say that the pressure that I give you guys is not only by me.
You guys also contributed to it.
For example, SYF.
Everyone knows it is an important competition for us.
However, it was obvious that we weren't even feeling it.
We weren't serious about it despite the competition being a very important step for us as a club.
Only some were serious, which was not fair for them to be dragged down by all your doings.
It may seem like I've been bossing around and all.
But the trouble we go through to lead the club is not known to all of you.
Now its time for Hazel & I to leave.
You can no longer depend on us.
There are some things that you guys ought to know.
Half of your SYF cast are from Secondary 4(Hazel, Nicholsen, Ryan & I)
Ezzati, Mason and Sabrina are in Secondary 3.
There isn't any lower secondary students in the cast.
In two years time, the current lower secondary students, you have to step up and be in the cast.
It's time to unleash whatever you have in you.
Don't hide anymore.
We are running out of time.
Shine, that is why you are in drama club.
We have to get serious.
We can play, but we also need to learn and work.
Drama is a serious club as a whole and we have many aims of ours to achieve.
I hope all of you will wake up.
To my current committee:
I have been disappointed many times with you.
Be it behaviour wise or commitment wise.
We were not a good example to the Secondary 3 and we couldn't teach them well.
I hope you guys gain whatever you wanted, at least.
Thanks for working with me and Hazel.
Some way or another, you guys were also helpful to us.
To my future committee:
You guys have a alot of learn.
And a lot of job to do.
The standard is raised for you.
Don't disappoint Hazel and I especially.
Those selected in the committee, you are in for a reason.
Do your jobs well, and be responsible.
There will be good times and bad times.
Go through them together as one.
Don't end up like my committee or the batch before mine.
We are trying to make things easier for you and Hazel and I will hand over our responsibilites properly and we won't leave any problems for you guys.
Rest assured.
Leaders lead the way, they don't wait for instructions from their followers.
If you do so, your followers are the real leaders then.
Hmms, I guess half of the interview for the Committee is done.
The decision is tough though.
Wait till 6 May people.
All the best (:
